• PETS: We understand that pets are part of the family. However, because many people, including the host, have allergies to animals, and in an attempt to accommodate everyone, no pets are allowed. If pets are found on the property, then the host reserves the right to immediately evict guests without refund as well as a $500 cleaning fee charged to deep clean the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we’re able to accommodate an early check-in. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 11 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. No other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.

• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

• FIREWORKS & FIREARMS: The use of fireworks and firearms on the property is illegal and will result in an immediate eviction with no refund. Local fines will be charged to guests.

• TREES ON PROPERTY: We really like our trees. Please do not whack or cut down trees on the owner's properties. The fines range from $100 to $800 depending on the tree. Charges will be filled with the Sheriff's office and the DA's office for damaging trees.

• HOT TUB COVER: Please do not allow anyone in your group to walk-on, jump-on or play-on the hot tub covers, they will break. The condition of your hot tub cover was documented prior to your arrival.

• NO SHOW, EARLY DEPARTURE: We regret that we cannot refund for failure to arrive or for leaving early.

• WHAT TO BRING: Bring your clothes and your food. Only use the provided hot tub towels -- and not the bathroom towels -- for outdoor use. Please do not remove anything from the cabin (e.g. towels, blankets, etc.). Please do not use our blankets and comforters for picnics. Please bring your own. We hope to have everything you need in your cabin to make your stay comfortable.

• ATV RIDING: Prohibited around the cabins or on the cabin property. Most roads around the cabin are county roads where it is illegal to ride a vehicle that is not properly tagged. Fines start at $250 per person and are enforced by the Sheriffs and Game Wardens.

• RV HOOK-UPS & TENT CAMPING: Prohibited on most cabin properties due to the deed restriction of the area. Please call for clarification before bringing a RV or Tent (A pup tent for kids play is okay).

• PROPERTY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT: There is a fee of $100 for tampering with the electronics (e.g. television, receivers, etc.) in the cabins. Please do not unhook, disconnect the equipment for video games or for any reason. Housekeeping will check the TVs to insure they are in working order. Fines will be strictly enforced to cover the cost of correcting any tampering of equipment. It can take several hours to correct issues with electronics. Please insure everything is in working order before you leave your cabin.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify you in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
